trained professionals, who will
always be on time for your
breakfast, lunch or dinner.  Our
set-up can include: Tables/table
cloths , fine china, crystal
glassware, silver/stainless steel
chafing dishes and dinnerware if
requested.  Our hot set-up always
includes: Paper/plasticware, any
possible glass/crystal salad bowls,
stainless steel chafers and utensils
for eating/serving. All cold food
set-ups include: Paper/plasticware,
utensils for eating/serving, our
beautiful baskets of cold/dry foods
and any possible glass/crystal
salad bowls. Clear plastic,
aluminum/disposable chafers, and
to-go containers are all available if
requested in advance.


      We've been telling the world about these delicious skewers.  
You get to choose from chicken, lamb, steak, or shrimp skewers.  
Skewed over hot flames accompanied by onions and full
tomatoes.  We display the buffet starting w/ a bowl of garden
salad w/ ranch & herb dressing on the side.  Then hot, steaming
chafers, one w/ fluffy white rice, one with your choice of meat, and
another with mushrooms in a sauce unlike any other!
