"We will arrive within a 15 minute window!" IFC's drivers are all
trained professionals, who will always be on time for your breakfast,
lunch or dinner. Our set-up can include: Tables/table cloths, fine
china, crystal glassware, silver/stainless steel chafing dishes and
dinnerware if requested. Our hot set-up always includes:
Paper/plasticware, any possible glass/crystal salad bowls,
stainless steel chafers and utensils for eating/serving. All cold food
set-ups include: Paper/plasticware, utensils for eating/serving, our
beautiful baskets of cold/dry foods and any possible glass/crystal
salad bowls. Clear plastic, aluminum/disposable chafers, and to-go
containers are all available if requested in advance.
BASKETS OF FRUIT
Our delicious mix of sliced fruit (seasonal) is
beautifully displayed in a variety of sizes and
assortments. Try one of these and you'll get
complementary drinks for each person!

#1. Tropical Fruit Salad: Chopped fruit
around a bowl of strawberry / lemon / vanilla
or plain yogurt.
#2. Assorted Fruit: Freshly sliced
seasonal fruit w/ a savory fruit juice sauce.
Assorted Cereals: We display individual
boxes of cereals, or display jars of cereals
each labeled w/ its contents. Please specify
if you want cereals served w/ whole, fat free,
1%, 2% or soy milk. Served w/ your favorite
assorted yogurts, soda or water on the side.
Muffins & Pastries: Assorted pastries,
bagels & muffins, w/ cream cheese, jam,
butter and milk / drinks on the side.
