I.F.C. has on-site chefs available for events larger than 150 people.  "We will arrive within a 15 minute window!"  IFC's drivers are all trained professionals, who will always be on time for your breakfast, lunch or dinner.  Our set-up can include: Tables/table cloths , fine china, crystal glassware, silver/stainless steel chafing dishes and dinnerware if requested.  Our hot set-up always includes: Paper/plasticware, any possible glass/crystal salad bowls, stainless steel chafers and utensils for eating/serving. All cold food set-ups include: Paper/plasticware, utensils for eating/serving, our beautiful baskets of cold/dry foods and any possible glass/crystal salad bowls. Clear plastic, aluminum/disposable chafers, and to-go containers are all available if requested in advance.
